All of the above pictures are from a large renovation with an addition That is in progress as of  10/12/11 and soon to be completed. Job overview: Take the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms and combine into one master suite with bathroom extension  and a new large walk in closet. In one of the other bedrooms we moved a double hung window approx. 6 feet over to accomadate new addition on back of  home. Repaint all new and exsisting areas upstairs. We removed all exsisiting ceramic tile in kitchen and breakfeast nook area and replaced with beautiful hardwood flooring. We put in an large closet in the ground level bedroom which required going into the garage a few feet and moving the rear entry door over a few feet. Build addition on back of home and when completed will be entered from the interior living room with a 20 + foot obstuction free opening to create a very spacious family room. These is just a few of the projects we are doing on this home.
